Pay is a flat day rate set by your experience: $200 a day for brand-new drivers, up to $350 a day for our most experienced drivers. Our target is $300 a day.

Every day you're picking up, hauling or dropping off a load is a paid day at your day rate, so a three-day load is three paid days. You're paid by the day, not the mile.

Settlements are weekly, one week in the hole: work this week, get paid by direct deposit the following Friday. You send your weekly invoice from the LogisX driver app.

You're paid as an independent contractor.

On dedicated lanes across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota.

Most of our loads are drop and hook, which cuts down the time you spend waiting on live loads and unloads. We do also have some live loads and live unloads.

If you live in one of our operating states, you could be home every weekend. If you live outside those states, weekend home time may not be possible.

Our fleet is mostly Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, and new drivers get newer trucks.

A valid Class A CDL, one year minimum driving experience, a valid medical card, drug and alcohol consortium enrollment, and a clean driving record with no tickets and no accidents. Before your first load, you're approved by our insurance provider, pass a DOT drug test (under DOT rules, a positive result for marijuana disqualifies you) and complete a road test with us. You also need to be experienced with iPhone and Android devices: you'll work in our driver app, and our electronic ELD is provided by LogisX and powered by RouteMate.

Yes. You can join through our training program, where you'll team with a trainer.

Use Apply Now on the Drivers page, which opens the application on app.logisx.com. After you apply, we review your driving history; hiring depends on insurance approval, a drug test and your MVR.

A participation program. You own a truck through your own LLC; LogisX puts it to work on dedicated contracts across the United States, with LogisX AI Fleet Assist assisting in managing the day-to-day; and you share in the profits of the operations.

No. The LogisX Truck Fund is a participation program: you own a truck through your own LLC and take part in the business. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.

You do, through your own LLC. When you buy the truck outright, the title and the loss payee are in your name. On a financed truck, the lender is the loss payee until it's paid off.

Yes. LogisX works with financing partners that can get you into a truck with a low down payment, depending on whether you qualify, and potential tax benefits may still apply. Payouts are monthly, starting after the first 60 days: a 50/50 split of net revenue between you and LogisX.

Fleet-maintained trucks from enterprise and commercial fleet maintenance programs, with detailed maintenance logs, bought after the steep part of the depreciation curve: they have already lost about 60% of their MSRP value.

No. LogisX hauls with its own trucks and provides capacity to brokers. LogisX operates under Logistics Exchange Inc., an FMCSA-authorized motor carrier (USDOT 4302683).

LogisX is a digital freight hub backed by its own trucks. Shippers get direct quotes, brokers discover and get dedicated capacity for their common lanes, and carriers can access dedicated lanes.

We use our proprietary technology to vet & verify every carrier within our network. We have built-in features that ensure the carrier completes certain procedures to confirm they are moving the loads.

We charge the shipper a fixed tender fee for each load tendered through our platform. LogisX is free for carriers.
