The Driver Deal

Why drive with LogisX?

Our approach is drivers first. We take care of our drivers with fair, flat daily pay, dedicated lanes and a team that supports you around the clock.

  • A white semi truck on a two-lane road heading toward a small town at dusk.

    Streamlined Operations

    Efficiency at Its Best

Digital paperwork on our internal system and round-the-clock dispatch. Your time is spent driving, not chasing documents.

  • Driver-First Approach

    Your Success, Our Priority

Our driver-first philosophy ensures that everything we do revolves around supporting you.

  • Mostly Drop and Hook

    Less Time at the Dock

Most of our loads are drop and hook, so less of your day goes to waiting on live loads and unloads.

  • Home Time

    Weekends at Home

Live in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska or Minnesota? You could be home every weekend. If you live outside those states, weekend home time may not be possible.

  • Modern Equipment

    Newer Automatic Cascadias

Our fleet runs mostly Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions. New drivers get newer trucks.

How we work

Everything runs through the app.

From your first load to payday, your work happens in the LogisX driver app.

  1. 1
The LogisX driver app's Pending tab: a load offer from Dallas, TX to Oklahoma City, OK with Decline and Accept buttons.

    Accept the load

Load offers come to you in the app. Review the details and accept.

  2. 2
A load in the driver app marked In Transit, its status steps checked off up to In Transit, with the button for the next step, Arrived at Receiver.

    Haul the load

Haul it on your dedicated lane, with round-the-clock dispatch a tap away.

  3. 3
A load in the driver app marked At Receiver, its status steps checked off up to At Receiver, with the Delivered button.

    Deliver the load

Drop it off, add your proof of delivery and mark it delivered in the app.

  4. 4
The driver app's Documents section: Scan Document and Upload File, and a proof of delivery already uploaded for the load.

    Upload your paperwork

Upload your paperwork right in the app. No chasing documents.

  5. 5
The driver app's Invoices tab: the current week, a Generate Weekly Invoice button, and two weekly invoices marked Approved and Paid.

    Get paid

Send your weekly invoice from the app. One week in the hole: work this week, get paid by direct deposit the following Friday.

Equipment

Drive a newer Freightliner Cascadia.

Our fleet is mostly Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions, and new drivers get newer trucks.

The sleeper berth of a truck cab: a made-up bunk with a grey blanket and a white pillow, cabinets overhead, reading lights and a small window.

Standard on our Freightliner Cascadias

  • Sleeper bunk
  • Active Brake Assist, with full braking on moving pedestrians
  • Adaptive Cruise Control with stop-and-go
  • Lane Departure Warning
  • Air disc brakes
  • Adjustable tilt-telescoping steering column
  • HVAC with six dash-mounted vents and eight blower speeds

Specifications vary by truck.

No sitting. No time wasted.

Most of our freight is drop and hook on dedicated lanes across our operating states, so you spend less time waiting at a dock.

  • Mostly Drop and Hook

Most of our loads are drop and hook, which cuts down the time you spend waiting on live loads and unloads.

  • Our Operating Area

Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. You're paid by the day, so you never have to count miles.

  • Dedicated Lanes

Dedicated lanes and dedicated contracts mean consistent freight you can count on.
